Tiger company occurred 20000sqms with 8 sets of furnaces ,and we also have our own metal machining and stamping center to cooperate our casting foundry.
After several years development , we enlarged as a Group company. we start business from 1995, first we just make casting parts for Cars , Agriculture machines , Construction machines , and from the year of 2000, we start business of G.E.T parts for earth moving machines in our own foundry . and in the year of 2010 and 2012,we start to invest Cutting edges /Grader Blades and bucket to meet more customer request.
We are the enterprises specialized in precision casting manufacture, with the advanced production article , fully facilities and completed manufacture, quality and management systems . we can take over the whole processes from raw material purchasing to sell. Strictly according to customers samples or drawing to make with several kinds of carbon steel , stainless steel , alloy steel, Aluminum , Copper etc.
With the rich experience in casting , our products range including the field of Grounded Engaging tools such as bucket teeth , adapters , side cutters , ripper tooth , shanks , locks &pins , and other casting parts as industrial valves , stainless steel casting parts , auto parts , shipping fits , construction machineries parts , agriculture machineries parts, mining machineries parts etc. which are mainly export to USA, Germany, Japan , Italy , England , Canada etc. and get excellent reputation.
As the mature development of G.E.T parts , we started the business of Grader blades for excavator and bulldozer loaders to meet our customers request from 2010. Present we can offer 3 types of material to meet different working condition . And now customers can buy G.E.T Parts and Grader blades from us together.
And in the year of 2012, we start invest bucket foundry to start the business of Bucket . Now , with the available resource , we can offer bucket for CATERPILLAR, KOMATSU, VOLVO , KOBELCO ,DEAWOO, HITACH etc. for 1-120ton machines.
